Smart pallet system meets the Chinese automotive market

After our much appreciated exhibitions at Motek and The Assembly show, FlexLink will display the new twin track system at Automechanika, Shanghai (CN).

Smart twin track conveyor for heavy loads

FlexLink will display its new conveyor system for heavy loads to Automechanika. The system is smart, fully electrical, prepared for Industrial Internet of Things and includes pre-defined controls and routing features. The new system increases production time with 10% and improves availability thanks to its long mean time between failures, short mean time to repair and predictive maintenance features.

Single piece flow solutions

FlexLink’s different pallet and puck handling systems permits efficient single piece flow. The systems can be adapted to several industries from medical device assembly to engine component production. FlexLink creates smart single-piece flow applications by combining the pallet system with line control as well as routing and traceability. The result is a controllable process, minimized work-in-progress (WIP) and a high throughput.

Safety engineering

The Chinese market will also for the first time, experience FlexLink’s safety engineering solutions such as enclosures, fencing and guarding for automated cells and processes. The solutions are based on the proven and extensive profile system TC40. You can easily design your enclosure and safety guarding using the FlexLink Design Tool.

Visit the booth and discover FlexLink’s full range of services including pre-studies, OEE tools and 3D-production flow design and simulation tools.
