Our assembly modules bring complete system functionality to the line – from pallet loading via conveyor, assembly and buffer modules to packaging and palletizing. Pallets are used to minimize the damage on products. In addition, all modules are CE approved for ergonomy and operator safety.

Youtilize® MES software enables manufacture of multiple products types and batch sizes down to one, with higher quality levels and easier quality assurance. The software also permits customer order assembly instructions. Youtilize® also allows automatic documentation support (Paperless production - EBR).
Through the software, FlexLink apply a sophisticated QAS (Quality Assessment System). Communicating with the process machine, the MES software receives feedback and can re-route the product for reparation if there is an error. At the same time, the reparation operator gets the reparation instruction directly.
