The dynamic distribution makes compact layouts possible, with short distance between machines. The diverter and its HMI is easy accessible and operated, still having a compact design with a small foot print.
The DFC™ technique utilizes the acceleration of products to create switching gaps in a continuous motion flow. The gap also makes it possible for products to be counted and metered into the various discharge lanes in order to create a balanced flow to down stream packaging equipment.
The products are smoothly held and positively driven through the diverter to eliminate product damages, still facilitating the best possible availability and up-time of the machine. Servo motioned controlled lane diverting ensures a smooth and reliable operation. Suitable for small as well as larger products, e.g. rolls, packs, bags, cartons, bundles and cases within the FMCG industry.
The dynamic horizontal diverters are a modular design with several features to enable the most competitive configuration for your application. Configurations with several in-feed lanes are available; each in-feed lane can have up to three (3) discharge lanes.
