The pack turning units provide controlled rotation of products (around the vertical axis). By simply changing the conveyor speeds, packs can be made to turn 90 degrees in either direction, 180 degrees or go straight through. Once the speeds are set for a certain product, the repeatability and accuracy is high, giving a very reliable function with high throughput.
The rotation unit enables packs to rotate 90 degrees in flat position, at high speed. The unit can easily be fitted to existing conveyors.
