Traceability

Youtilize®, FlexLink’s MES software for assembly and test processes, makes sure each operation is done the right way, and automatically records all operations and events in the line, eliminating the risk of manual errors and time consuming counter checks. A pallet system with RFID allows communication between the products, equipment and software.

Single-piece flow

Intelligent, single-piece flow applications are easily created by combining the pallet system with our line control and Youtilize® and responds to the industry’s demands on high quality, traceability and accessibility. The result is a controllable process, characterized by standardized, continuous flow, minimized work in progress (WIP) and a high throughput that lets you focus on value adding time.
