Our solutions handle the production of solar modules, cells and inverters and offer high availability, short lead times and require minimum maintenance. The conveyor technology is based on flexible plastic chains making it easy to redesign the production lines in the future. Able to negotiate curves and the available space, our conveyors are available as single components, standard conveyor modules, or turn key conveyor systems including all necessary control technology.

Accurate solar module production

We provide a full range of standardized conveyor and handling solutions such as transfers, turntables, buffers  for solar module production – wafer-based solar module (cSi, photovoltaic), thin film solar module (photovoltaic) and thermal solar modules (generating hot water). These start with glass transport and end with the classifying, sorting and palletizing of solar modules. At all times, the unique silicon-free high friction chain ensures a high conveying accuracy.

Gentle, space-saving cell production

For cell production, FlexLink offer a whole range of conveyor technology. The standardized modules and solutions include elevators and different buffer systems. Gentle handling and routing of plastic boxes, Styrofoam boxes (blister) or in cell racks ensures high line efficiency and low waste. And you save space with our production floor designs and high level handling.

Advanced inverter production

Our solutions cover all process steps: incoming goods inspection, internal order and commissioning of components, assembly, repair, testing and packaging. During the assembly and testing phases the conveyor is based on FlexLink’s pallet system.

Control and traceability

This includes RFID technology (transponders in the pallets or assembly carriers), which enables data acquisition and traceability, supporting all manual processes by providing according information on monitors or with "Pick to Light Systems". The technology also allows automatic and dynamic guidance of pallets to the workstations.

Production management modules

FlexLink also provides MES software, Youtilize®, as an off the shelf product. This production management software includes AFM (Assembly Flow Management), QAS (Quality Assurance System), MIM (Module Integrated Management) and Status Viewer.
