In addition, there are automatic high throughput handling modules for PCB production with a full range of handling and routing alternatives. The acquired e-cube's products have now been integrated into the FlexLink PCB offer and provides the market a smorgasbord of PCB modules that are plug-and-play, cost effective and easy to integrate. All modules have electrostatic protected (ESD safe) designs and are CE marked. Key features of the software platform include modules for order handling, traceability, flow, operator instructions, quality control and test handling.
The three ranges, e³ SMART, e³ GENIUS and PRO, permit FlexLink to offer turnkey PCB handling solutions to the entire EMS market, including laser marking and soldering lines, regardless the customer’s production levels or being semi-automatic or automatic assembly.
