FlexLink's product offer consists of two product categories, standard products and non-standard products.
Standard products
Standard products are stocked or order-initiated.
After order stocked items are shipped to you on your requested delivery date.
The FlexLink warehouses are located in central Europe, North America and in Japan.
Standard products un-stocked are manufactured at the supplier when ordered.
These items have a standard competitive lead time to market.
Ordering of standard products online
Existing customer: If you are an existing FlexLink customer it is possible for you to order standard products online 24 hours per day. You need to register for a My FlexLink account to be able to order online. The application is easy and takes only a minute to complete. The application form can be found on flexlink.com in the upper right hand corner or on the "Log in page" to My FlexLink. The authorization is carried out by your local FlexLink sales office immediately after you've registered.
New customer: If you are a new customer, you need to register for a My FlexLink account to be able to order online. You need to be registered though in FlexLink's ERP system before you can acquire a My FlexLink account. Please contact your local FlexLink sales office. The My FlexLink application is easy and takes only a minute to complete. The application form can be found on flexlink.com in the upper right hand corner or on the "Log in" page to My FlexLink. The authorization is carried out by your local FlexLink sales office immediately after you've registered.

Ordering of non-standard products
Non-standard products are products which are not found in the product catalogue and can not be ordered online. Non-standard products usually have an item number starting with 599---. If you want to order these products, please specify the item number if available to your local FlexLink office.
