The German company Elida Fabergé is one of the world’s largest and best-known producers of cosmetics and other personal products. 4 million products are running weekly on 700 metres FlexLink conveyors. Elida Fabergé’s worldwide brands Pond’s, Rexona, Signal, Dove, Brisk, CD, Mentadent, Timotei and Axe, are handled and transported on FlexLink.
 
4 million products conveyed each week
In the Hamburg-Buxtehude plant, work is running in 2 or 3-shift producing more than 4 million cosmetic products each week. The first FlexLink conveyors were installed more than 10 years ago. Between four and ten products of different sizes are handled on each FlexLink installation, which means between 40 and 50 products of different sizes altogether in Buxtehude. This implies three to four adjustments of every installation per week.
