Rosemont, IL – FlexLink has planned press conference at Assembly Technology Expo to introduce some new equipment and technology. The press conference takes place in the exhibitor's booth - #805 - on Wednesday, Sept. 29th, at 11:00 a.m.

• Printed Circuit Board Canister Loader. This is an assembly line for electronic, telecom, and PCB equipment, providing high-throughput, accumulation and tailored-routing alternatives. FlexLink also offers electrostatic-protected pallet assembly line for hard disc drives in a clean room environment.
• The Dynamic Assembly System (DAS) concept is built on a unique combination of hardware, logic controls and software. This combination is the tool for a production and process logic that gives the most flexible production system with complete process management and product traceability.
• FlexLink will be demonstrating its robotics integration capability by showing an XM Series conveyor loop with two pallet stops. A Staubli robot will simulate the movement of timing pulleys to a deburring station, then to a Vision system. All will be enclosed with FlexLink's own aluminum structural safety guarding products.
• The XK pallet system provides in-/out-feed and satellite conveyor layouts for automatic manufacturing of bearings, gears, and numerous engine parts. XK is FlexLink's heavy-duty solution and has the capability to carry product that is upwards of 66 lbs on a single-strand system, but can exceed that with a dual-strand system.
