The system has a modular design and consists of guide units for the guiding, controls for the control of the guide units and junction boxes for power supply. The system can be linked to the line control system and one control box can control up to 220 guide units.

Stainless Steel (XMY) Conveyor 
This design is intended to provide a quick return on investment by reducing product build-up on the conveyor during production and improving accessibility for fast, effective cleaning within filling lines for dairy, food, beverages and personal products as well as processing lines within food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. The conveyor system also utilizes FlexLink’s existing reliable and proven chain technology, thereby enabling it to run at high speeds with minimal maintenance requirements and no need for additional lubrication.
