1. Preliminary remarks 

1.1 Definitions. In this document, the following terms generally indicated with a capital letter (whether they are singular or plural), save otherwise specified herein, shall have the meaning set out in the Privacy Policy. 

1.2 Controller. By this Policy, FlexLink Holding AB (“FlexLink”) having its registered office in 415 50, Goteborg with VAT no. 556678-9797, in its capacity as Controller, fulfils its obligations to provide information to Data Subjects, regarding the processing of Personal Data, collected by automated procedures through the Website. 

1.3 Regulatory framework. This Policy is released: (i) as regards the European Union, in accordance with section 5 of the Directive 2002/58/EC and (ii) as regards the Italian legislation, in accordance with section 122 of the Personal data Protection Code, as well as with the decision n. 229/2014 of the Italian Data Protection Authority on cookies, available at the following links: 

1.4 Amendments. The Policy may from time to time be amended/revised, for many reasons, including, but not limited to, changes of the Italian and EU legislation concerned and business needs. Law and Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and activities covered thereto the Court of Göteborg, Sweden, shall have not exclusive jurisdiction and the Swedish laws shall apply. FlexLink nonetheless reserves the right to take legal proceedings in country other than Sweden, to protect its interests or to enforce its rights whenever it deems it appropriate to do so.
