Hygienic conveyor in more sizes

The wide belt stainless steel conveyor (WLX) is now available in 152 and 203 mm. In addition to the new conveyor widths a 180 degree plain bend with small radius is released. The extended product range suits well when a compact footprint is needed.

This conveyor system is suitable for all industries where the hygienic requirements are particularly high. It sets new standards for cleaning process time and cleaning results, in both wet and dry processes. The noise level is comfortably low, contributing to a pleasant factory environment. The conveyors are designed to fit into demanding primary and secondary packaging applications.

Five standard widths

The platform is available as 152, 203, 304, 456, and 608 mm, offering a suitable solution for a wide range of product sizes. The conveyor has a minimal number of seams and open hinges that are easy to clean.

The design adheres to the EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design and has been verified by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Additionally, SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden has verified the conveyor’s ease and consistency in cleaning.
