FlexLink is your source of knowledge

Your machines need a flexible and customized automated production flow to ensure the highest efficiency

There is a predominant need to increase efficiency and improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) within most industries. It is fairly common, when investing in a new production line, to mainly focus on the purchase of the machines.

Linking the processes together, as a complete line, is not given the same priority. A smart approach is required to achieve maximal output, to ensure that your investments are secured.

At your side right from the start

Every production line and every product has different requirements. The first step is to analyze the specific challenges of your production. Based on this, our team of experienced experts can propose a customized solution according to your needs. We can deliver all sizes of projects – from simple part deliveries to large and complex turn-key solutions.

FlexLink can be your integration partner taking responsibility for the production flow in complete production lines, as well as ownership over the interfaces that connect the machines. That enables us to guarantee that the production line will function in the desired way.

Enhanced production

Enhanced production profitability

Our approach is based on streamlining the material and information flows in a production process to maximize the value of the process and minimize all potential losses. Our solutions are based on our market-leading conveyor systems and material handling solutions.

In partnership with our customers, we typically start by analyzing the status quo, propose efficiency-improving solutions, and then provide the appropriate components, systems, or integrated solutions.

The analysis process consists of either mapping an existing line or using theoretical data if it is a greenfield project or the machine data is unavailable. It would also be best to have only one party responsible for the simulation to ensure that you get consistent and sufficient information from all the machine suppliers.
