Structural systems

The structural system includes beams, feet, and several types of beam connecting devices. The support used for the conveyor consists of a stainless steel tube. A selection of feet is available, ranging from a two- or three-point foot of glass-fibre to adjustable feet.

Features

The stainless steel supports are easy and quick to clean. Anti-slip pads can be fitted to the adjustable feet to reduce vibration. The components have also been evaluated and designed to reduce pinch points in order to improve personal safety.

WLX range – verified hygienic design

The design adheres to the EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design and has been verified by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Additionally, SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden has verified the conveyor’s ease and consistency in cleaning.
