FlexLink’s MTT solution with single pallet handling and fully electrical solutions will ensure an exceptionally quiet production environment where pallets remain under complete control and products are handled with the utmost care. The modular setup with mechatronic modules delivered ready from FlexLink will streamline layout design, reduce control engineering efforts, and significantly shorten installation and startup time. MTT handle products on standard pallet sizes from 400mm to 640mm. Total product weight that can be handled is 30Kg. The RFID identification in the pallets together with a fully electrical solution enables one-piece track-and-trace and logistic control for the production line. MTT is available both in cleanroom and ESD variants.
