PCB 输送设备

PCB 产品输送流水线融合模块化单机装置，真正地独立于系统中的其他模块。

每个装置都有一个机载控制系统，允许装置独立运行。利用装置的上线和下线 SMEMA 通信将装置连接至系统中的其他装置。也可利用主机控制系统将模块连接至高级监控或路由系统。所有装置都采用 ESD 安全设计，具有 CE 标记。

GENIUS

由于采用了标准化设计，GENIUS 极其灵活，可用于任何 PCB 生产流水线。

GENIUS 系列具有诸多功能。完整的板式输送系统具有自动宽度调节功能和 SMEMA 接口。

Laser markers

FlexLink has a wide range of markers suitable in applications where products need an identification mark for tracking or recognition.The laser cell can mark on all types of non-metallic surfaces, including plastic and FR4 PC Board.

• GENIUS 1-LX marks on one side of the product.
• GENIUS 1-LV marks on both sides of the PCB, one side at a time.The 1-LV includes an inverter, to flip the board from one side to the other.
• GENIUS 1-LD marks both sides of a PCB simultaneously and minimize dust issues.This high-speed marker incorporates a dual laser head as well as multiple cameras for reduced cycle time.

SMART

SMART 流水线采用具有成本效益的即插即用型板式输送装置，能够迅速调节宽度，轻松装载/卸载盒仓。
