Friction top chains allow transporting products or goods with an inclination. A friction top chain is recommended if products are difficult to transport due to a slight incline or specific product characteristics.

A friction top chain may prevent products or goods from slipping back and provide further reliability.

Friction top chains increase the friction between product and chain and are typically used from 5 to maximum 30-degree slopes.

The friction insert is made from polyether-polyamide. A friction top chain can transport packaging, such as food packaging or packaging for cosmetics in the FMCG industry. The friction top chain is also available as FDA/food-use approved version.

Our flocked chain is suitable for lightweight products with scratch-sensitive surfaces. The soft fabric on the surface of the flocked chain guarantees sensitive transport to prevent scratching or marking on the products. It can be used for high-speed transport or 90-degree turn units as the flocked chain stabilizes the product without damaging it.

The flocked chain can be used, for example, for high-priced and sensitive packaging, such as perfume packaging, packaging for cosmetic products, or foiled confectionary. 

But other industries, such as the tobacco industry, benefit from flocked chains. The surface allows sensitive products such as cigarettes or cigarette packaging to be transported without damage. 

The chain is made from fiber material PA66, glued to the link using epoxy glue.
