Line inspection

Have a FlexLink Service technician come by and carry out regular operational and maintenance checks within agreed intervals. The service also includes necessary repairs and upgrades.

With service inspection, we will work with you to determine your line's required maintenance. The inspection protocol specifies the recommended actions, a spare parts list, and the estimated time and cost.

Incident management and troubleshooting

Receive a one-point contact for your line’s service and support. Your support engineer has all the information about your line and will perform the initial diagnostic analysis using a knowledge database of solutions to quickly resolve known and recognized errors.
