Carton loading automates the production process
Modern production facilities in various industries, including food and dairy, personal care, and pharmaceuticals, have recognized the value of implementing collaborative carton loading robots and integrating them with operators.
The carton loader, used at the beginning of the production line, removes products from their stationary position and places them directly onto the conveyor belt or into the packaging machine. This reduces or even eliminates the need to unload products at the beginning of the production process manually.
